The changing conference landscape has made for an interesting new situation. There was quite a bit of coaching turnover in college football this offseason, with 23 schools hiring new head coaches. A few of the historically powerful programs have new leaders patrolling the sidelines, and I’ve decided to rank the hires from 1-23, in reverse order.
