John Mitchell: Most college football teams have either already started or will be starting conference play this weekend as the season continues on its rapid pace. I hate to see the season moving by so quickly, but I’m very excited about the upcoming slate of games this weekend and the coming weeks. We are through four weeks, so we have a decent sample size at this point. With that in mind, which team do you feel is the most overrated at this point... Read More

John Mitchell: We are starting to get in the swing of the college football season, and week three offers some big out of conference matchups, and some early key conference games. Zach Bigalke and Matt Strobl will help me break down the coming week of action. Through two weeks, there have been some teams that have severely disappointed up to this point. At this point, which team is the biggest disappointment?

John Mitchell: Well, that was an excellent opening weekend of college football with high drama and upsets. There was plenty of close contests despite a lot of the top teams opening up the season with a cupcake opponent. Zach Bigalke and Matt Strobl are here to help me preview the second weekend of action. The biggest news of the week has been Texas A&M officially being accepted into the SEC. What do you guys think of the move?

Last week, I wrote my inaugural Heisman Watch for the 2011 season, highlighting 10 of the favorites to take home the award, and making my pick to take home the Heisman Trophy.
Now, I’m moving on and trying to highlight five possible sleepers that could make a run at the 2011 Heisman. The last two seasons, players have come out of nowhere to win the Heisman in Alabama’s Mark Ingram in 2009, and then Auburn’s Cam Newton in 2010.
Those two players... Read More

John Mitchell: We hope you enjoyed our two-part SEC preview, and now we move on to the newly formed Pac-12, formerly known as the Pac-10. The additions of Colorado and Utah split the conference into two divisions and for the first time, we will have a Pac-12 Championship game. We’re going to get our Pac-12 preview started with the North division. With me as always to dissect the division is Zach Bigalke and Matt Strobl.
Zach Bigalke: Great... Read More
